Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Pakistan Rishta Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from: 1. Posting false or misleading information. 2. Harassing or stalking other users. 3. Using the service for any illegal purpose. 4. Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes. 5. Sharing contact information in public profile fields. 6. Uploading inappropriate or non-personal photos.
Payments & Subscriptions
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis. We use third-party payment processors. For manual payments, activation occurs only after verification of the payment receipt. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
